Terms and Conditions

Effective 28 June 2026 · Version 2026-06-28

Parcelgig is software for parcel operations. Each logistics company remains responsible for its services, staff, partners, parcels, prices, licences, taxes and local legal obligations.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating or activating an owner, employee or partner account, you confirm that you are legally able to enter this agreement, that the information supplied is accurate, and that you have read these Terms and the Privacy Notice.

Business users confirm that they are authorised to act for the company named in the account.

2. Lawful and safe use

You must use Parcelgig only for lawful parcel operations. You must not use the service for fraud, money laundering, trafficking, sanctions evasion, harassment, unlawful surveillance, intellectual-property infringement, cyber abuse, or the storage or movement of prohibited, stolen, dangerous or undeclared goods.

You must follow customs, transport, consumer-protection, tax, employment, privacy, communications, import/export, controlled-goods and record-keeping rules that apply in every origin, transit and destination country.

3. Company responsibility

The subscribing logistics company controls its company workspace and is responsible for verifying staff and partners, maintaining branch and route information, obtaining sender and receiver details lawfully, securing required consents, confirming payments, and handling parcel claims.

Parcelgig does not take possession of parcels, guarantee delivery, set transport prices, or become a party to the contract between a logistics company and its customer unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

4. Account security and risk

Keep passwords and one-time codes confidential. Remove transferred or departed staff promptly. Report suspected compromise without delay. You must not attempt to bypass permissions, falsify parcel status, manipulate payments, overload the service, introduce malicious code, scrape private information, or put Parcelgig, its users or providers at legal, financial or security risk.

5. Messages, records and automation

You authorise operational messages necessary to create, track, collect and report parcels. Marketing messages require any additional consent required by applicable law. Automated fraud indicators and support suggestions assist human decisions; they must not be treated as legal, financial or identity verification advice.

6. Fees and subscriptions

Subscription prices, limits, taxes and renewal terms shown at checkout apply to the selected plan. Payment-provider terms may also apply. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already earned for an active billing period are not refundable.

7. Suspension and termination

Parcelgig may restrict or suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, prevent fraud, address non-payment or preserve system integrity. You may stop using the service, subject to outstanding obligations and legally required record retention.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but may occasionally be unavailable. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Parcelgig is not liable for a logistics company’s parcel loss, damage, delay, pricing, staff conduct, partner conduct, unlawful goods, inaccurate records or external provider failure. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Country-specific law

Mandatory rights in the country where you operate continue to apply. If these Terms conflict with a non-waivable local rule, that rule controls only to the extent of the conflict. Country-specific notices or addenda may be presented as Parcelgig expands. Initial governing law is the law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without removing mandatory rights available elsewhere.

10. Contact and changes

Material changes will be dated and presented for renewed acceptance where required. Questions, complaints and legal notices may be submitted through the in-app Support page. A qualified lawyer should review these Terms before commercial launch or entry into a new country.
